Water Quality Advisory Updated May 20, 2020: Here's what residents should know.

8/7/2020 - The District was made aware by our billing vendor of an issue regarding emails being sent with the message below. "We are unable to process your upcoming Auto Pay on x/x/xxxx because CreditCard payments are no longer accepted." These messages should not have been sent. The notification has been disabled. Any auto payments will NOT be impacted by the message. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

 

Our offices remain closed to the public. Due to limited customer staffing and COVID-19 customers may experience delays when calling the PID office. Administration & Personnel Committee

The Administration & Personnel Committee reviews and recommend changes to the Board regarding the District’s Policies/Rules and Regulations, participate in labor negotiations with employee representatives, and hold employee grievance hearings as provided in the Employee Rules and Regulations. Meetings are held in the PID board room at 6332 Clark Road, Paradise, CA 95969.

Committee meeting summaries are included in the next regular board meeting, as are items requiring board approval.
