PID Washwater Equalizer Tank Replacement

This is a public works project consisting of the construction of one bifurcated cast-in-place concrete tank and performing related required work. The project includes the following major components as identified on the Bid Form: 

- Mobilization and Demobilization to the site, including all temporary construction facilities
- Trenching, sheeting, shoring, and bracing as required by Section 6707 of the California Labor Code
- Water Pollution Control Plan
- Tie-Back Soil Anchor Design
- Demolition
- Civil Site Work and Grading
- Phase 1 Tank 2 Construction 
- Phase 2 Tank 1 Construction
- Retaining Wall Construction (walls not associated with Tank structures)
- Yard Piping
- Site Finishing (including gravel surfacing, sidewalk and driveway concrete, asphalt and road repair within the limits of the WTP)
- Electrical and Instrumentation installation
- SCADA Integration
- All remaining work

PID Commercial Building Demolition

The District is putting the RFP for the PID Commercial Building Demolition on hold until further notice. 
The District is taking time to have a Hazardous Materials Analysis performed. 

This is a public works project and shall consist of demolition and removal of an approximately 1,900 sq. ft. building, grading, and identifying/disconnecting and capping off any existing services. Septic and power connections to be marked with concrete boxes (meter or pull type box) at their termination point. All work must comply with state and federal laws, regulations, and standards.  Contractor will be responsible for all required permitting including, but not limited to, obtaining a building demolition permit from the Town of Paradise. The work is located in Paradise, CA at 6360 Clark Road.

PID Residential House Remodel

This is a public works project and shall consist of a construction project to remodel an existing home (approximate 1,200 sq. ft.) and convert to offices for the Engineering Department of the Paradise Irrigation District and construct an exterior parking space in accordance with drawings and specifications included in the contract documents. All work must comply with state and federal laws, regulations, building codes and standards, including, but not limited to, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. Contractor will be responsible for all required permitting including, but not limited to, obtaining any and all necessary permits from the Town of Paradise. The work is located in Paradise, CA at 6350 Clark Road.
