Notice of Public Hearing concerning Adoption of Order to Amend Time Schedule Order R5-2010-0058-01 For The Paradise Irrigation District Paradise Water Treatment Plant NPDES Permit - Butte County

On August 31, 2017, PID submitted a request to extend the final deadline for compliance with the dichlorobromomethane (DCBM) and aluminum limits beyond January 1, 2018.  The Central Valley Water Board will consider amending TSO R5-2010-0058-01 to extend the final compliance deadline from January 1, 2018 to April 17, 2020.

A public hearing to address this matter will be held during the Central Valley Water Board meeting, which is scheduled for December 7/8, 2017 at 8:30 a.m.  The final meeting agenda will be available at at least ten days before the meeting.  The agenda will provide the dates the Board meeting will be held, indicated the anticipated order of agenda items, and may include staff revisions to the proposed order(s).
