Pay online via our Payment Portal to make secure, easy, and fee-free payments. You can "QuickPay" online with no login but you'll need your PID account number the amount of your last payment. Note: If you create a login for the online portal, you will need to use the same login credentials for the payment app, "MyCivicUtilities."
Mobile App
Search "MyCivicUtilities" app in the iOS or Android app store. Note: If you create a login for the mobile app, you will need to use the same login credentials for paying online in the PaymentPortal.

Set Up Automatic Payments
To set up automatic payments from a checking account, download, print, and then mail in our Direct Debit Authorization Form (PDF) to the PID Main Office at:

Late Payment Penalty
PID bills are sent out on the 15th of each month and need to be paid no later than the 10th of the next month to avoid a late fee. The late penalty is 10% with a $10 minimum and a $30 maximum.
