The Paradise Irrigation District is dedicated to remaining open and transparent. Starting in 2017, PID is making responses to requests for public information available online for the benefit of the public.

How to request public information
Requests may be submitted via e-mail, fax, mail, or in person to the District Office M-F, 9 AM TO 4 PM. Please provide as much detail as possible about the record(s) you want to see. Upon 10 days from receipt of the request, PID will determine whether the request, in whole or in part, seeks copies of the disclosable public records in the possession of the District and shall promptly notify the person making the request of the determination. Responses
Public records in electronic form will be released in the format in which they are held. If a record exists in both electronic and hard copy formats, you can select either one.
While PID will disclose identifiable and existing public records, the district is not required to create a new record or list from an existing record. And under state law, certain categories of records may be exempt from public disclosure pursuant to Government Code section 6253, subdivision (c).
Costs
In accordance with Government Code section 6253, copies of disclosable public records will be provided upon payment of fees covering direct costs of duplication, or a statutory fee if applicable.

Urban Water Management Plan
The purpose of the Urban Water Management Plan is to inform the public and state agencies of the Paradise Irrigation District's water supply availability, exposure to droughts, conservation efforts, and plans for future supply. Urban Water Management Plans are prepared by California's urban water suppliers to support their long-term resource planning and ensure adequate water supplies are available to meet existing and future water demands.
